Our web host changed mail servers and has sent erroneous messages to our subscribers by enrolling everyone in an unmoderated discussion group.
Per the terms stated in our Guestbook, the mailing list was something we previously used only for periodic broadcast emails, not as an ongoing discussion list.
Many of our subscribers have written to complain and have requested they be removed from our future electronic newsletters. We have in turn voiced our displeasure with our provider.
Please rest assured that this issue has been resolved, and kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. It was never our intent to initiate a discussion group.
If you have subsequently received a message notifying you that you've been unsubscribed, this was a necessary action to terminate the message routings. There is no need for you to re-subscribe to the quarterly newlsetter.
